Service Cancellation

Craftedwaxshop provides design and planning services. Due to the custom nature of our work, all service agreements and cancellation terms are specified in individual service contracts.

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel service agreements subject to the terms specified in their individual service contract. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our contact address.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation:

• If cancellation occurs before design work begins, a full refund may be available
• If cancellation occurs after design work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed
• Completed design work and documentation remain the property of Craftedwaxshop until full payment is received

Cancellation by Craftedwaxshop

We reserve the right to cancel service agreements in cases of:

• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Client failure to provide necessary information or site access
• Unreasonable demands or scope changes
• Violation of service agreement terms

In such cases, clients will be refunded for any uncompleted work, minus costs incurred for work already performed.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees may apply as specified in the service agreement

Design Work Ownership

Upon cancellation, ownership of completed design work and documentation remains with Craftedwaxshop unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Clients may not use, reproduce, or implement designs for which payment has not been completed.

Modifications and Changes

Clients may request modifications to design work during the design process. Significant changes or scope modifications may result in additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

If you have concerns about service delivery or wish to dispute charges, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through good faith negotiation.
