Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, documentation, and materials created by Craftedwaxshop remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive usage rights for the specific project for which the designs were created.

Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftedwaxshop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding our design services. We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the implementation of our designs
• System performance or functionality after implementation
• Costs associated with construction, installation, or modifications
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate site information and requirements
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Hiring qualified professionals for implementation
• Ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Design work and documentation are provided upon receipt of payment as agreed.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.
